Tangle Falls

Tangle Falls is located right off of the Icefields Parkway in Jasper National Park, just north of the Athabaska Glacier. I captured this image under less than ideal circumstances, around noon hour on a sunny summer's day. I waited for at least half an hour for a cumulus cloud to finally block the sun so that I could photograph these falls in somewhat diffuse light. A 10 stop ND filter was used to allow for a 2 second exposure so that the water would be blurred.
