The gravesites of two Canadian soldiers, brothers from Lunenberg, Nova Scotia. Killed two days apart as the Canadian Corps was capturing the village of Passchendaele and the ridge. This marked an end to the Third Battle of Ypres (commonly referred to the Battle of Passchendaele), which began late July 1917 and ended mid-November 1917....original image size 3840x3840..Tyne Cot Cemetary is the largest Commonwealth war cemetrary in the world.
