Hockey Rink on Emerald Lake

This photograph is of a rink located on the ice of Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park. It was taken during the Christmas season in 2004 at the time of the NHL Player Strike which resulted in the cancellation of the entire season. The rink being empty struck me as symbolic of no hockey being played in Canada.
